JG Convert is a Windows command line tool for creating JBPlay specific files which are normally encrypted to protect selected assets, sound or music files.

Generally a number of different interchange formats can be converted to a single format where encryption is optional (default is encrypted).

For example:

• Sound effects in .wav or .ogg format can be converted to .snd files.
• Music in .ogg, .mod, xm, s3m or it can be converted to .mus files.
• Models in FBX format can be converted to .mdl files.
• Animations in FBX format can be converted to .anm files.
• Images in PNG or TGA can be converted to .img files.

Converted files can then be placed in .pak files (if required) using JG Pak.
